Keelys costs and Personal Injury Conference took place in London on 25th May 2011.
A number of the industry’s leading speakers gave presentations. Prof. Dominic Regan considered the future of civil litigation, Keelys Partner Robin Dunne discussed Success Fees in high value claims and two leading silks gave presentations; William Featherby QC debated the issue of fraudulent Personal Injury claims and Jeremy Morgan QC presented a round up of recent important costs cases. Finally, Keelys Partner and Head of Costs Litigation, Simon Murray, considered the future of the costs, Alternative Business Structures and the challenges facing Defendants in the near future.
The event was attended by senior figures from the insurance injury as well as key figures from the costs and defendant personal injury sectors. Delegates described the day as enjoyable and informative.
