In conjunction with Gravitas HR, we are presenting a Star Wars themed HR event. Karen Teago of Gravitas will be explaining what HR can do for your bottom line. Paul Roberts, head of our employment law department, will then turn to the dark side and explain how the employer can strike back, ie. why employment law is not actually as bad as you may have thought. His session will include:
- Using employment documentation to your advantage
- Changing terms and conditions
- Dismissing problem staff
- Enforcing restrictive covenants
This event is aimed at business owners or managers, rather than HR professionals.
