DEALING WITH YOUR DIGITAL LIFE POST SEPARATION

We at Keelys often start our process with divorcing / separating couples with conversations about interim arrangements for finances.  For example: Who will pay the bills?  When will you each have the children?  Do we need to sell the house?  Should I stop paying into my pension?

THE DIGITAL PERSONALITY:

What we often don’t think about is our digital existence and how that should be secured in the event of a separation.  Most separating partners would not want the other to see their personal emails and other digital personal information.
