Keelys Defend Agency Worker Case

We have successfully defended one of the first claims under the Agency Worker Regulations. The worker argued that he should be paid the same as a permanent employee, but he had signed a “Swedish Derogation” contract, waiving his right to pay parity in return for being guaranteed four weeks’ pay between assignments.
