TUPE Webinar

We get many questions from clients who are confused about TUPE. 

We are therefore running a webinar which will explain how TUPE works.  You will be equipped to deal with TUPE if you are:

• Buying or selling a business
• Losing a contract that has employees assigned to it
• Winning a contract that has employees assigned to it
• Contracting out work

We will cover:

• When TUPE applies (and when it doesn’t)
• Who transfers
• What transfers
• When you can terminate someone’s employment following a TUPE transfer
• When you can make changes to terms and conditions following a TUPE transfer

There will also be plenty of time for your questions.

The webinar will take place at 10am on Thursday 23 November.  It will last about 90 minutes (depending how many questions you ask!).

The charge for the webinar is £100 plus VAT.  That will cover anyone in your organisation who would benefit from attending.
