Employer Support Scheme

Subscribers to our Employer Support Scheme can access unlimited advice on day to day employment issues, including:

  • Employment contracts and staff handbooks: We can either review your existing documentation or provide new documentation.  Either way, we will then update it when the law changes.
  • Attending meetings to advise you: We will attend meetings on line or in person to discuss complex employment issues.
  • Providing draft letters to employees: We will provide the necessary letters for employment processes such as redundancy consultation, disciplinary procedures and grievance procedures.
  • Advising on redundancy selection and consultation: We will help you achieve your objectives in compliance with the law without making the process any longer or more complicated than it needs to be.  We can also advise on collective consultation, when you are making 20 or more employees redundant.
  • Tackling employees with high sickness absence: We can help reduce short term absence and also address long term absence, while minimising the risk of claims for unfair dismissal or disability discrimination.
  • Poor performance: Where employees are performing poorly, we will help you improve their performance if possible or, if not, help you terminate their employment while minimising the risk of a claim for unfair dismissal.
  • Termination of employment: We can help you terminate employment for misconduct, capability or redundancy while minimising the risk of an employment tribunal claim.
  • Complying with the ACAS disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Advice on discrimination, pregnancy and maternity: We can help you meet your commercial objectives while minimising the risk of discrimination claims.
  • Protected conversations and settlement agreements: We can guide you through the process of having a protected conversation and offering an employee a settlement agreement.  We will then negotiate the settlement agreement so that the employee is unable to make an employment tribunal claim.
  • TUPE: Whether you are losing or receiving employees under a TUPE transfer, we will guide you through the process so that you can meet your commercial objectives while minimising the risk of a claim.

Subscribers to the scheme also enjoy access to our online bank of template documents including employment contracts, policies, procedures and letters.

When employment law changes (as it often does) subscribers to the scheme enjoy free access to seminars and webinars to update them on the changes and the practical implications for their organisations.

For an additional fee we can include representation at employment tribunals and even insurance for any compensation awarded.

About 400 organisations currently subscribe to our service. They are from a whole range of sectors and have 5-40,000 employees.

You can secure an annual subscription to our Employer Support Scheme from just £95 per month plus VAT = £114 (depending on the size of your workforce).

In addition to our Employer Support Scheme, we also offer:
